COVID-19

All orders will be delivered ‘contact-free’ by our massively reduced team, we may be a little slower than normal but please bear with us during this time.

What sort of discounts do you offer? 

Throughout the year we offer discounts on selected wines and products.

Are your stock levels accurate? 

As a small independent wine bar we hold a small amount of stock, but working with our suppliers if we don't have it in stock we order it in straight away with a quick turn around, our delivery are 3-5 days to cover this.

  

When will I receive my order?

We despatch all orders received with 3 - 5 days.

For orders over £15 with a qualifying postcode (TN1, TN2, TN3, TN4, TN5, TN6, TN7, TN8, TN9, TN10, TN11, TN12, TN13, TN17, TN18, TN19, TN20, TN21) we offer free delivery. If your order is under £15, and has a qualifying postcode, we charge a flat £6.50.

We shall contact you to let you know when you should expect to receive your order. There is a minimum spend of £50 for delivery if under £50 then it shall be an in store collection only.

Signatures on Delivery

All of our deliveries require a signature. If you request, verbally, via email or in the comments section at checkout, that we leave your order without a signature this is done so entirely at your own risk and any losses will not be replaceable.

Can I collect my order in one of your shops? 

Yes, please bring your order confirmation with you.

When will I be able to collect it? 

We shall confirm with you when your order is ready.

Bottle Pictures

images on our site are purely for illustrative purposes only and often show older vintages. If the imagery is different then its a change by the producer as they can often do this from vintage to vintage, but don't worry what's inside the bottle will be same!

How much do I have to order? 

As much or as little as you would like, but to qualify for delivery the amount must be above £50 and in the area codes set out above.

Can I return my order? 

No, due to the nature of wine we do not offer a return policy unless we have sent the wrong item.

My order is Faulty, incorrect or broken – what should I do? 

If your wine is not what you ordered please let us know within 14 days and we will arrange for the collection of it and re-despatch of a replacement order.

If you receive the wrong wine in your order we will replace your bottle free of charge, We will not refund a purchase because you didn't like the wine.

We may request the return of the damaged/corked product before a refund is given so that we can make an assessment as well, If your order has arrived broken please let us know straight away.

From time to time the odd faulty bottle. If this does happen then please let us know straight away and retain the bottle plus stopper and contents

Please note that faulty wines can only be returned and credited up to 90 days from your receipt of the order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace any mature wine over 10 years of age and these wines are purchased ‘sold as seen’.
